

These videos are from dress rehearsal at The Hartt School of the University of Hartford in 2024. The sophomore class performed this as a class project in a studio classroom with minimal props and costumes for four nights in front of an academic audience. Three (3) Completed Song Demos are below. We have nine (9) available to submit presently.
Opening number as the parents of The Boomers tell us how America is great in 1951 then will segues to 1963 and next song, "78 Million Strong".
Leads, John and Isaac are in the trenches of Vietnam stunned by the conditions and asking God where he has gone. 1971
Young Boomers retort to the adults that things are not so ducky in America in 1963. They want to make big changes.
Lead Boomer, John, gets his draft card and laments to his friends, and joined by follow draftees. 1970
Lead Boomer, Melanie, has a show down with a school over her biracial, 4 year old son not being admitted, singing to him that he is her gold. 1975
Lead, Bobby has become a doctor and his boyfriend of 16 years is dying of AIDS. 1983
NOTE: These songs are performed by the person who orchestrated them for our demo. The lyrics may not follow the script exactly as the authors have improved the lyrics since these demo songs were recorded. We have nine such original recordings available for submission, representing the time period the scenes are enacted as the Baby Boomers evolved.

"Made In America"​
The Gen Z students open the show complaining about the Boomers until one suggest they read his Grandpa's journal to enhance their sociology project. The 14 students will enact the seminal events the Boomer lived through. They age from 12 to 52 during the show.
